Final Transcripts

Seniors advised the WVHS School Counselor where to send their FINAL TRANSCRIPT during the senior exit interview. You do not have to call and confirm unless there is a change in your plans.

Final transcripts will be mailed no later than June 15th and are FREE. Many colleges will request that you have them sent for your orientation process, however, we are unable to accommodate that until grades are finalized for all students.

If you decide to attend a different school then requested at your final interview, please call 319-638-6711.
Final Hawkeye Community College & UNI Transcripts

Those who took Hawkeye Concurrent classes or PSEO classes are responsible for REQUESTING AND SENDING TRANSCRIPTS to the college they are attending (if not Hawkeye). Please contact Hawkeye to request a transcript with the information below.

If you took a concurrent or PSEO class 2nd semester, you might want to make sure your grades are included in the college transcript.
HAWKEYE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
All requests for transcripts are made through the National Student Clearinghouse. You will need to follow the steps below to order your transcript. There is a fee of $4.05 that you will need to pay via credit or debit card while ordering. You will also need your Hawkeye ID or Social Security Number.
